How to choose the axial flow fan model?

The model parameters of the axial flow fan need to be selected according to your own needs. Common axial flow fan model parameters:

1. T35-11 axial flow fan

T35-11 axial flow fan is suitable for transporting flammable, explosive, and non-corrosive gases, and the ambient temperature must not exceed 60°C. It is widely used in general factories, warehouses, offices, and residences for ventilation or strong heating dissipation. It can also be installed in series at intervals in long exhaust pipes to increase the pressure in the pipes. The motor can be removed and used as a free fan.

The anti-corrosion axial flow fan (FT35-11 type) is made of anti-corrosion materials and coated with epoxy paint. The motor uses a special anti-corrosion motor for transporting corrosive gases. An explosion-proof axial flow fan (BT35-11) is used to transport flammable and explosive gases. The impeller is machined from aluminum alloy to prevent sparks during operation, and the motor adopts a flameproof motor. The performance parameters and dimensions of the FT35-11 and BT35-11 fans are the same as those of the T35-11 fan.

2. SWF type low noise mixed flow fan

The SWF low-noise mixed-flow fan has the dual characteristics of centrifugal and axial flow, that is, it has both high pressure and large flow, and has the advantages of high efficiency, low noise, and wide efficient area. It is widely used in industry and Ventilation and air conditioning systems for civil buildings.

Especially suitable for pressurized air supply in pipes and ducts. SWF (HLF)-I type can replace the high-pressure axial flow fan SWF (HLF)-II type two-speed, one machine for dual purposes. SWF (HLF)-III type can replace the medium and high-pressure centrifugal fan.

3. HTF type fire high-temperature smoke exhaust fan

HTF series fire-fighting high-temperature smoke exhaust fans have the characteristics of performance, good high-temperature resistance, high efficiency, occupying less space than centrifugal fans, and are easy to install.

According to the different requirements of high-end civil buildings, variable speed or multi-speed drive can be used to achieve the purpose of dual-use (i.e. general ventilation and high-temperature smoke exhaust during firefighting); the blade type is axial flow (HTF-Ⅰ, Ⅱ) and diagonal flow type (HTF-Ⅲ, Ⅳ), so that this series of fans has a wide range of performance parameters. If the user has higher requirements on noise, it can be made into a silencer type fan.

Application occasions and characteristics of axial flow fans:

1. Application: It can be used for ventilation or heat dissipation in metallurgy, chemical industry, light industry, food, medical equipment, mechanical equipment and civil buildings. If the casing is removed, it can also be used as a free fan, or in Long exhaust pipes are installed in series at intervals to increase the wind pressure in the pipes.

2. Small axial flow fan: low power consumption, fast heat dissipation, low noise, energy-saving environmental protection, etc. Due to its small size, it is widely used.

3. Large axial flow fans have the characteristics of simple structure, stability and reliability, low noise, large air volume, and a wide range of function selection.

Comparison of Small Axial Flow Fans and Large Axial Flow Fans :

Application and Scale:

Small axial flow fans are often employed in compact spaces, such as electronic cooling or personal ventilation systems. Their power requirements are lower compared to large fans due to the smaller volumes of air they need to move. In contrast, large axial flow fans find application in industrial settings, cooling large spaces or processes, demanding higher power ratings.

Power Efficiency:

Small axial flow fans tend to be more power-efficient for their size, given advancements in motor technology and compact designs. Large axial flow fans may have higher power requirements, but advancements in design and materials contribute to improved efficiency, minimizing energy consumption.

Airflow Volume:

The primary distinction lies in the volume of air moved. Large axial flow fans excel in delivering high airflow volumes over extended distances. Small fans cater to localized needs with lower airflow volumes but may still require precision in power usage for ideal performance.

Variable Speed Control:

Both small and large axial flow fans may feature variable speed control to adapt to changing demands. This flexibility allows for energy savings by adjusting fan speed based on real-time requirements, particularly during periods of lower cooling demand.
